DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ORDER
The product will be considered delivered to the customer when it is at the customer's disposal and the customer signs for its receipt by the transport agency/post office.
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the customer in the registration/purchase process once the payment has been made and confirmed.
In no case will ARTADIKA be held responsible when the delivery of the product is not carried out as a consequence of the data provided by the customer being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be carried out for reasons beyond the control of the entity in charge of the shipment, such as the absence of the recipient.
Orders with payment by bank transfer will be shipped once the payment has been made and is reflected in the account number, which may take 1-2 days depending on the bank from which the transfer is made. Once the payment is reflected in our accounts the order will be sent being the delivery time of 24/72h.
There may be delays caused by external factors that may arise such as a snowfall that hinders the journey, in any case we will work to give you a solution so that you can get the package as soon as possible, in case of delays like these or similar.
It is possible that it may be delayed beyond the deadlines set, in this case, ARTADIKA will adopt the measures required of a diligent trader.
