METHOD OF PAYMENT:

ARTADIKA offers the customer the following payment methods:

1) Credit card. Through this means of payment, the customer will have to provide their Visa or Mastercard number, the expiry date and their CVV number. In this case, your data will be encrypted and sent under a secure server to an official Strike payment gateway. This procedure does not provide ARTADIKA with your card number.

If, when placing an order by card, the customer receives an error, he/she can proceed to recover the order from his/her account. However, in this case, the customer must make use of the order recovery stock available at that moment. The programme will indicate if everything is available or if any article is out of stock while the procedure is being carried out. That is to say, no reservation is made for unpaid products and therefore when the order is recovered it may be that they are out of stock, but the system will indicate this to the customer for any modification.

This form of payment does not increase the amount of the order due to Virtual POS commission costs.

2. By bank transfer: To make the payment by this method, the customer must make a bank transfer (specifying their name and surname or the order number in the concept). ARTADIKA reserves the right to cancel the order if it has not received confirmation of the transfer after two days. The bank account will be shown to the customer after completion of the purchase.

It must be taken into account that the product is not reserved until we receive proof of payment by email to info@artadika.com and the payment is reviewed in our bank accounts as payment (within 24 to 48 hours). However, it is possible that at the time of making the transfer by the customer there is stock but not at the time of review by ARTADIKA of the payment. In this case and if some references of the total order are out of stock, it will not be possible to send the order until each of the references of the order are in stock, as partial shipments of goods are not made because they are not available in full. Notwithstanding the above, in the event of this situation ARTADIKA will contact the customer by telephone or email to inform them of the situation. In the event that the customer is not satisfied ARTADIKA may proceed to refund the payment. The order will be sent as soon as the payment is reflected in the bank within the delivery times indicated on the website as long as everything is available.
